Home and Property Walk throughs With Katsa

What is a walk through?

This is an offering that Katsa has where she will come to your house if you are struggling with potential spiritual or supernatural activity in your home. In the walk through Katsa will go through your home and property and log all that she intuitively picks up. When she is done she will provide with you with a comprehensive report of what she found and picked up as well as any potential solutions that the homeowner can implement to take back control of their house and property.

Before You Request…

In the spirit of full understanding here are a few things you will need to consider before booking a walk through with Katsa:

  • All walk throughs are currently only available in Canada where Katsa resides.

  • Each request for a walk through will include a quote that must be agreed upon by both parties before Katsa comes to the property. Each quote will include a series of dates and times that Katsa would be available to come to the property and complete the walk through. The quote will include any potential transportation, food and/or accomodation costs as well as Katsa’s flat fee for the walk through itself.

  • Katsa does not guarantee any results during her walk through. As such when the quote is agreed upon the walk through will be non-refundable. This includes in the case of a cancellation or if no one is home to provide access to the house and property (unless it is agreed upon by both parties that the walk through will only contain the property and exclude the interior of the house and does not require the homeowner to allow Katsa access to the property.)

  • Katsa will take an audio recording as she goes through the house and property of everything she hears, feels, sees. If agreed upon she can also film the walkthrough to the best of her ability. There is no guarentee of the quality of the audio or video if Katsa is to do this. Katsa will send all audio, video and personal written notes to the homeowner within 72 hours of the walk through occurring (unless the walk through happens to coincide with a statutory holiday, religious holiday that Katsa observes or during the Sabbath which is sundown Friday to sundown Saturday which Katsa also observes)

What to Expect with a walk through with Katsa?

Katsa can not guarentee who or what will come through as shes going through your home and property. There may be things that Katsa picks up that you don’t want to be aware of . Please keep that in mind as you go through any footage, audio or notes that Katsa provides

All walk throughs are currently only available in Canada where Katsa currently resides. Each request for a walk through will include a quote before Katsa agrees to the walk through. Transportation, food and accomodation costs will be factored into the quote that Katsa will provide.

Katsa does not guarentee any results in a walk through session and as such all walk throughs are non-refundable.
