Curses Aren't Actually That Common

Probably one of the largest misconceptions that I see that gets spread (largely by people who know and understand nothing about witchcraft) is that everyone and everything and every bit of land seems to be cursed in some capacity.

Usually by an Indigenous Shaman.

Usually hundreds or thousands of years ago.

Usually "unbreakable" (very few things are actually* unbreakable in the grand scheme of things).

And usually requiring a hefty price (sometimes in the tens of thousands) to fix.

And always a scam.

So here's the deal...a curse...

A true curse....

Is actually very difficult, very time consuming and very exhausting and long to pull off.

And they aren't done overnight.

Typically it requires a minimum of an entirety of a moon phase (full moon to full moon for example or new moon to new moon).

Which..the vast majority of practitioners out there don't have time for that. Come on. We have lives to lead people.

So if you are here because some random person came into your Instagram messages telling you you have a family curse attached to you from your mothers fathers side and it's impeding your ability to flourish...consider it a scam.

Even in the highly unlikely chance that you DID have a curse...some random person on the internet isn't going through the energy to legitimately pick it up.

And it shouldn't cost thousands of dollars to fix.

And your first born won't die if it's not fixed.

So....

Consider yourself safe.

And consider some introspection into your life on an emotional, mental and spiritual level if you feel like everything is constantly going wrong and you can't get ahead.

Typically there are less magical and more mundane reasons for these things occurring.
