(Please be mindful that Katsa does not answer e-mails from Friday night sundown to Saturday night sundown due to religious reasons and therefore during those hours your e-mail will not be seen. After that time Katsa will resume regular working hours and will get to your e-mail as quickly as possible.)

You have until 72hrs prior to your appointment time, Eastern Standard Time, to cancel any online session or consultation with Katsa. You have until 48hrs prior to your appointment time, Eastern Standard Time, to reschedule your online session or consultation with Katsa.

After the above stated timelines your consultation or session is 100% non-refundable. That being said Katsa understands that things happen, emergencies come up and life is unpredictable. If one of these situations occurs please e-mail her at thearcanebohemian@gmail.com to see if we can resolve the issue.

Katsa works to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with all consultations and sessions you receive with her. If for any reason you are not satisfied with her work please feel free to contact her for resolution.
