In this workshop Katsa takes you through all the basics regarding chakras; what they are, where they actually lay in regards to your physical and energetic body and their purpose as well as how to support and heal them. This class is designed for you to look at chakras in a new way and light where Katsa will discuss things that aren’t (commonly) addressed in terms of the chakra conversation. This course is designed for the complete beginner but there is something for everyone.

This is in lecture format. Katsa recommends you come prepared with pen, paper or some other kind of note taking platform of your choosing. There will be a question period at the end but Katsa always encourages questions throughout the live as well.
